observer
The Watcher feature in the file platform allows users to monitor specific documents or folders and receive automatic notifications when changes are made. This is especially useful for tracking important updates or changes in critical documents.
Establishment of observers:
- Access the desired document or folder:
- Navigate to the document or folder you want to watch.
- Add observer:
- Find the “Edit Observers” option.
- Click on it to open the observer management page.
- Select users or groups:
- On the Observer Management page, you can add users or groups to act as observers.
- Use the search function or select from a list of available users/groups.
- Save Changes:
- Confirm your selection with “Create” to set up the observers.
