Frequently asked question: What can I do if unexpected problems occur in the project room?
If you encounter unexpected problems in the Project Space, it may help to clear your web browser's cache. Here are instructions on how to do this in different browsers:
Chrome
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner to open the menu.
- Select “More tools” and then “Clear browsing data…”.
- In the dialog that appears, select “Cached pictures and files”.
- You can select a time period. To delete everything, select "Entire time period".
- Click on “Clear data”.
Firefox
- Click on the menu with the three horizontal bars in the upper right corner.
- Select “Settings” and navigate to the “Privacy & Security” section.
- Scroll down to the “Cookies and site data” section.
- Click on “Clear data…”.
- Make sure Cache is selected and click Clear.
Edge
- Click on the three dots in the upper right corner to open the menu.
- Select “Settings” and then under “Privacy, search and services” click “Clear browsing data”.
- Click “Choose what to delete”.
- Select “Saved pictures and files”.
- Confirm with “Delete now”.
Safari (for macOS)
- Open Safari and click “Safari” in the menu bar and then click “Preferences…”.
- Go to the Advanced tab and check the Show Developer menu in menu bar box.
- In the “Developer” menu, select “Empty Caches”.
