Top navigation area
Basic elements:
- Logo: On the top left you will find the logo of the project space operator. Clicking on the logo will always take you back to the starting point of the file platform .
- Home page: The house symbol refers to the home page of the project room.
- User management: The user symbol leads to the general User management of the project space, which differs from that of the file platform.
Search and status information:
- Search field: Here you can search specifically for documents.
- Online status: Next to the search field you can see which users are currently online.
- Shopping cart and clipboard: Icons indicate whether you have documents and folders in the shopping cart, the download box or the clipboard.
User-related features:
- On the right side of the panel, you'll find options like "My Documents," which display lists of documents in progress, pending approval, or otherwise affected.
Lower navigation area
Project administration:
- User management: Here you can manage users/groups and define roles.
- Folder and document management:
- New Folder: Create new folders directly from this option.
- New document: Add documents via “Fast Upload” using drag & drop or the form.
- Edit: Change folder name or document properties.
- Access rights: Specify which people/groups have access to certain folders or documents.
- Notifications:
- Edit observers: Specify people who should be notified of changes.
- Clipboard and downloads:
- Add to Clipboard: Save documents temporarily to move them later.
- Download invitations: Overview of active or expired invitations.
