Reviewer / Approval Officer
The Reviewers feature in the File Platform is designed to manage the review and approval process of documents. Reviewers are users who have the authority to review and approve documents before they are published or shared.
Document selection: Select the document for which you want to set up a review process.
Allocation of examiners:
- Navigate to the document settings and find the option “Set reviewer” or “Review by…”.
- Here you can add one or more users as reviewers. These users must have the necessary permissions to act as reviewers.
Set test parameters:
- Specify which aspects of the document should be reviewed (e.g. content, format, compliance).
- Determine whether reviewers must approve the document immediately or provide feedback before it is forwarded.
Examination process:
- Notification of auditors:
- As soon as a document is submitted for review, the assigned reviewers receive an automatic notification.
- This notification invites them to review and approve the document or provide comments for improvement.
- Conducting the test:
- Reviewers analyze the document according to the specified parameters and give their approval or feedback through the system.
- Completion of the exam:
- After review and any necessary changes, the document is either released for the next step or returned for further processing.
